CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
